This time, service was very poor with our dinner order taking over an hour. When the food finally arrived, the meat was lukewarm like it had been sitting somewhere.

We have always returned here due to the exemplary service provided by staff as well as facilities available therein.

This year though I mention with utmost disappointment that the hotel standards seem to be deteriorating. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed by the large number of visitors that were there this Christmas. Our room was cleaned very very late in the day and no linens or towels were replaced.

Our dirty used towels were folded and placed on the bed on our room. After visiting the reception severally all day , we finally received some towels at 10pm. A change of bed sheets were not available.

This was indeed appalling to us. Neither the room nor the general areas were cleaned well , unlike during our previous visits there. I forgot my designer sunglasses on the table at the poolside and all the staff therein indicated that they had not sighted these glasses ,this was very disappointing. Would appreciate this Resort reverting to its former glory , in order to revert to the high quality standards that we have experienced there in the past.

Cancelled the booking and communicated to them. I said OK. Then they said they would refund. Now it is cat and mouse game.
